You need to be logged in to your Iteration X account and have an existing project to be able to create an issue. If you don’t have any existing projects in your Iteration X account, follow the steps mentioned here to create a new project.
To create an issue using the Iteration X Web app:
After logging in, you will be redirected to your Iteration X app. Click on the New Issue button, located either in the middle of your screen or at the top-left sidebar.
In the pop-up window, click on Select a Project to choose the project to which you want to assign the issue.
Write a title and a description of the issue, providing all the necessary context. You can also attach files, apply labels, set priorities and due dates, and assign the issue to specific team members.
Once you are done, click on the Create issue button to successfully add it to Iteration X.
You can also first select your desired project in the left sidebar, then create your issue.
You can also add new issues using the Chrome extension on live websites.
