# Slack

**Configure**

**To connect Slack to Revo:**

1. Click on *Connectors* in the left sidebar under the [Team Settings](https://iteration-x.gitbook.io/help-documentation/team-setup/team-settings) section.
2. Click the *Connect* button within the Slack card and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection process.
3. Select the Slack channels you want to connect to Revo.

**To disconnect Slack from Revo:**

1. Click on *Connectors* in the left sidebar under the [Team Settings](https://iteration-x.gitbook.io/help-documentation/team-setup/team-settings) section.
2. Click the **three dots** icon next to the connected button in the Slack card.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the disconnection process.

**Important Notes:**

* Revo cannot retrieve conversations from Slack that occurred before the integration was set up.
* For security purposes, Revo can only access public Slack channels and does not have access to private channels.
