Assigning tasks using Assignee designates the individual responsible for a specific task or issue. It enhances coordination and ensures that work is efficiently distributed among team members, contributing to effective project management and timely task completion.

Assign an issue

To assign an issue, click the Assign icon on either the issue list or the issue details page and choose a person from the dropdown menu.
