# Create a document

To create a new document in your team:

1. Click on *Documents* in the left sidebar.
2. Click on the *New document* button, located either in the middle of your screen.
3. Provide a title for your document and begin creating its content. You can also use rich text formatting in the description.
4. Once you are done, click on the close icon (>>). The document you created will be saved automatically.
