Get Started

Welcome to Revo! Here’s how to get started quickly and make the most of your AI collaborator:

1. Create Your Team

Setting up your team is the first step:

  • Navigate to Team Settings to invite your coworkers.

2. Customize Your Workspace

  • Customize your labels in team settings to match your workflows and preferences. This step is important to help you keep your workspace organized and to filter information quickly.

3. Connect Your Existing Tools

Revo’s capabilities shine when it’s connected to your existing tools:

  • Use the Team Settings to integrate Revo with your favorite platforms, such as: - Asana - Jira - Linear - Github - Slack - Notion - Confluence - Intercom

  • Invite Revo to your calls so it can provide essential information, such as user feedback and call transcripts discussed during the call.

These connections are crucial for Revo to provide meaningful insights and support.

4. Collaborate in Slack or Microsoft Teams

Revo integrates seamlessly with your favorite collaboration tools:

  • Chat with Revo directly in Slack or Microsoft Teams, just like you would with a regular team member.

5. Add Documents

Help Revo understand your organization’s unique way of working:

  • Upload or write key documents, such as Best Practices and User Feedback Instructions.

  • These materials allow Revo to learn and provide accurate, context-aware answers.

6. Chat with Revo

Unleash the full potential of Revo’s capabilities:

  • Some examples of what Revo can do: Write a PRD, generate reports, conduct web research, or save findings as a document.

  • Simply click the chat icon to get started.

7. Utilize Jobs

Use Jobs to tailor instructions:

  • Enter your desired prompts into the Jobs section.

  • Refine the agent’s focus by writing custom prompts in the designated field. Specify the data points, themes, or insights you want the agent to target, ensuring reports are tailored to your requirements.

  • Chat with Revo to evaluate and perfect the responses it generates.

8. Take Advantage of Quick Actions

Need Revo to perform a task on the fly? Quick Actions are here for you:

  • Give Revo short, direct instructions, such as generating a report or summarizing a document.

  • Remember, Jobs are for recurrent tasks with specific instructions, while Quick Actions are for immediate needs.

9. Leverage Insights

Revo’s Insights feature provides proactive research and detailed reports:

  • Stay informed and ahead of the curve with data-driven findings tailored to your needs.
