# Duplicate a document

To duplicate a document:

1. Navigate to *Documents*. If you're duplicating a team document, you can access it directly from the left sidebar. If the document is inside a project, click on the relevant project and then access *Documents* from the dropdown menu.
2. Open the document you want to duplicate by clicking on it.
3. Click on the three dots icon (...) and select *Duplicate document* from the dropdown me menu*.*
4. Your duplicated document will now appear in the document list.
